$10,000 Sign On Bonus for external applicants! Night differentials range from $3.10 to $5.20! On site parking. Three 12hr shifts!

Department Description

Utilize and learn skilled nursing care and see the impact this has on maintaining the quality of life for patients and their families? Join us! We provide hospice care for people with terminal illness and are Vermont’s only Medicare-certified inpatient hospice residence. Our mission is supported by our dedicated staff and community volunteers during the last chapter of people’s lives while sustaining dignity, respect and caring relationships. This position focuses on patient care and education to meet the physical and emotional needs of patients, while providing support to families.


  • One or more years of directly related home, public health or hospice nursing experience preferred

On Call: Not Required


  • Current RN licensure recognized by the State of Vermont required.
  • Appropriate experience in specific clinical area. Varies by unit.
