LNA Pathway Program

Earn a full-time salary while studying to complete the course and receive licensure through the state of Vermont.

Applications are now open for our upcoming 2023 classes!

While in class, you will be employed as a full-time LNA-in-Training, where you will serve under the supervision of a licensed nurse, and provide indirect nursing care and emotional support for our patients and families.

Upon graduation, you will gain firsthand experience working alongside our veteran care providers. After a year of experience, you will be eligible to advance to LNA II and pursue additional training opportunities.

Successful candidates will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or be working toward it, exhibit an ability to follow instructions, and be willing to learn.

Classes are held at either the University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington, VT, or Central Vermont Medical Center in Berlin, VT. To be considered, please apply in the links below
