Unit Description

 

Welcome to the H.K. Freedman Renal Center Nursing Unit, where registered nurses embark on a fulfilling journey in nephrology care. Our unit, nestled within the bustling CVPH Health Plaza in Plattsburgh, New York, stands as a beacon of excellence in renal nursing. Since our inception in 1997, we've upheld a steadfast commitment to delivering top-tier care to our diverse patient population.

Within our walls, nurses thrive in a fast-paced environment where every shift presents unique challenges and opportunities for growth. With a combined capacity to serve 114 patients across our primary unit in Plattsburgh and our satellite facility in Elizabethtown, 37 miles south, the energy is dynamic, and the teamwork is unparalleled.

At the heart of our unit lies a dedication to comprehensive training and professional development. We provide the resources and support necessary to enhance your skills and expertise in renal care.

Requirements:
