Green Mountain Family Practice is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team at Central Vermont Medical Center in Northfield, Vermont. In this role you will step into a well‑established patient panel, practice full‑spectrum family medicine in a modern, integrated clinic, and support student health at nearby Norwich University—all within a close‑knit team that values collaboration, continuity, and patient‑centered care.
What You’ll Do
Provide outpatient family medicine across the lifespan
Manage an inherited panel of ~700 patients
Deliver acute, chronic, preventive, and basic procedural care
Support Norwich University student health (includes 1 weekend/year)
Optional overnight home call with stipend
Document in Epic
Collaborate with on‑site physicians, APPs, and integrated services
Schedule
30 hours/week, with flexibility in how hours are structured: three 8‑hour days plus 6 hours of admin time
Thursdays are required as an anchor day for team coverage and continuity
6 hours/week admin time, remote optional

NP or PA with (or eligible for) VT licensure

Preferred: 2+ years of primary care experience + familiarity with Epic
