Currently the program is offered virtually with active planning to re-start an in-person program.

Our Community Fitness program is a remote exercise program offered 3 days/week for people who have completed the STW or Enhanced Fitness programs.

PushBack at Parkinson's Disease is a program offered virtually to support and encourage exercise and movement in people with PD.
