*Part-time position available! * Part-time is a commitment of 24 hours/week (2 12-hour shifts). At this time, we do not offer per diem for this role. Currently we have openings for our Day shift (7am - 7:30pm) & Night shift (7pm - 7:30am). Part time openings available.
2026 Interview Fair Dates:
  • February 23rd (if hired, Start Date - March 16th)
  • May 13th (if hired, Start Date - June 8th)
  • July 27th (if hired, Start Date - August 27th)
The pay rate for this role starts at $21.22/hour and is based on experience.

Job Description:

The Clinical Patient Safety Attendant (CPSA) is responsible for specific aspects of direct patient care and monitoring focused of safety, under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse.
The CPSA commits to providing and maintaining a safe and caring environment for our patients, their families, and our colleagues while promoting physical, emotional, psychological and cognitive wellbeing. The CPSA fulfills this purpose by:
  • Upholding a professional and compassionate demeanor
  • Providing individualized, evidence-based, therapeutic interventions to address specific safety needs
  • Being an active member of and contributor to the interdisciplinary team
  • Utilizing safe, timely, effective, equitable, efficient and patient-centered communication
EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of AS degree in health care, mental health or human services related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Previous health care experience preferred
Pro-ACT crisis intervention training preferred
