JOB SUMMARY:

The Network Manager - Collaborative Care Mental Health Clinicians is responsible for programmatic coordination of clinical, regulatory, and performance improvement initiatives and for the management of the Collaborative Care Mental Health Clinician team directly ensuring treatment is appropriate and effective.  This position is responsible for the fidelity to an evidence-based model of mental health care e.g. the AIMS model from the University of Washington (AIMS Center | Advancing Integrated Mental Health Solutions in Integrated Care (uw.edu)), implementation, adoption and operationalization of this model across the Network Primary Care sites.    This position will develop appropriate liaisons with Primary Care and with programs within the Psychiatry Service and the Network. The Network Manager will also have clinical effort which supports an active patient caseload in order to maintain a clinical connection to the evolving work of Collaborative Care within the network and to support programmatic needs.  

EDUCATION:

Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field with an active Mental Health Counselor license in the State of Vermont and/or New York.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of five years' work in supervised mental health treatment program along with relevant leadership experience.
