Network Manager Business Intelligence Analytics

Lead the development of advanced dashboards, reports, and data services from concept to implementation, driving our data-driven culture across clinical, financial and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Management: Direct a team of analysts through the data service lifecycle, fostering innovation and aligning with organizational goals within budget constraints.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with other DMO teams across Data Governance, Quality, and Architecture to enhance effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; graduate degree preferred.
• Experience: 2-4 years in leadership with a customer service orientation, 5+ years in healthcare or data analysis, working knowledge of Epic Cogito, PowerBI, SQL, and data modeling. Experience with other large EMR systems also considered. Understanding of Machine Learning/LLM a plus.
• Skills: High emotional intelligence, excellent relationship building, and communication skills.
