At Woodridge, you’ll build long-term, meaningful relationships with residents and their families, providing continuity of care and emotional support. Our resident-centered approach ensures care is tailored to individual goals and needs across long-term care, memory care, and sub-acute rehab units.

You’ll have opportunities to expand your clinical skills in a complex care environment, participate in dementia training, and work closely with an interdisciplinary team of nurses, providers, physical and occupational therapists.

We're looking for passionate and reliable individuals who:

• Current active LPN license in Vermont.
• At least 12 months of hospital practical nursing experience.
• Compassionate and patient with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
