At Woodridge, you’ll build long-term, meaningful relationships with residents and their families, providing continuity of care and emotional support. Our resident-centered approach ensures care is tailored to individual goals and needs across long-term care, memory care, and sub-acute rehab units.

We’re committed to your growth through LPN to RN Pathway Programs, internal promotions, mentorship, and tuition support for continued education. You’ll have opportunities to expand your clinical skills in a complex care environment, participate in dementia training, and work closely with an interdisciplinary team of nurses, providers, physical and occupational therapists.

We're looking for passionate and reliable individuals who:

  • Current active LPN license in Vermont.
  • At least 12 months of hospital practical nursing experience.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
